OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Texas, USA.

13) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the Site or otherwise notify you. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14) Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and O7Nexus regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them.
